Been working with them for over a year and have had no issues. This type of business is stressful enough, but our representative Paulina helps a lot — always explains things clearly and helps us navigate what steps are best to take if we run into an issue. They always pick up the phone, or if they’re on the other line, they call right back. In my opinion, out of all the factoring companies we’ve worked with, this is the best one so far.
